The name NOOMA is an English phonetic spelling of the Greek word pneuma, which is commonly translated to “spirit” or “breath”. Pneumatology refers to the study of spiritual beings, particularly the interactions between humans and God. Check out the website at www.nooma.com.

Each topics consist of 12-15 minute video. Following video session(s), we'll have Q/A session(s) discussing each topics and studying the Scriptures. There's a possibility we'll do 2 NOOMA topics per class period. But let's see how we do on the first few Wednesdays.

Come and join us even if you:

Hate to fight traffic - Didn’t the bleeding woman (Luke 8:40-47) fight her way to get to Jesus?
Have a scheduling conflict - Put God first. You may have to make sacrifices.
Are too tired - You manage to attend other events despite being too tired.
May be bored - God isn’t boring! We allow Satan to make us feel this way.
Think it is too far - Jesus didn’t have a car or metro. Plus, he walked just about everywhere!
Someone you hang out with won't be there - You go to church for a person, not God?
Don't think the topic applies to you - Regardless of the topic, we learn new things and can share things we have learned.

Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message,
and the message is heard through the word of Christ.
